    I’m finding that cleantalk is intercepting the attributes of a shortcode I’ve created and trashing its attributes when a user is not logged in. That is my main issue, it shouldn’t be, here is the shortcode it’s trashing:
    [odac_live_text_replace replace_strings=”MYDOMAIN.COM,MYDOMAIN,[email protected]” example_replace_with_strings=”e.g. google.com,e.g. googlecom,e.g. [email protected]” usage_note_strings=”Replace with the domain name for the website you are setting up. If you’re creating a website for a subdomain, replace with the subdomain, e.g. dev.mydomain.com,Replace with the domain name but without any ‘.’ period characters,Replace with the email address you’d like to receive notifications of issues to”]

    Here’s what it does to Satts when I use print_r($atts);:
    Array ( [0] => [data-original-string] => GmXR64YpChlbxs2KshkWOg==bdeXjZxPimU41JuSaTQU8B8xA== [class] => apbct-email-encoder [1] => title=’This [2] => contact [3] => has [4] => been [5] => encoded [6] => by [7] => Anti-Spam [8] => by [9] => CleanTalk. [10] => Click [11] => to [12] => decode. [13] => To [14] => finish [15] => the [16] => decoding [17] => make [18] => sure [19] => that [20] => JavaScript [21] => is [22] => enabled [23] => in [24] => your [25] => [26] => [27] => class=”apbct-blur”>*SS.COM” [28] => example_replace_with_strings=”e.g. [29] => google.com,e.g. [30] => googlecom,e.g. [31] => [32] => title=’This [33] => contact [34] => has [35] => been [36] => encoded [37] => by [38] => Anti-Spam [39] => by [40] => CleanTalk. [41] => Click [42] => to [43] => decode. [44] => To [45] => finish [46] => the [47] => decoding [48] => make [49] => sure [50] => that [51] => JavaScript [52] => is [53] => enabled [54] => in [55] => your [56] => [57] => [58] => class=”apbct-blur”>il.com” [usage_note_strings] => Replace with the domain name for the website you are setting up. If you’re creating a website for a subdomain, replace with the subdomain, e.g. dev.mydomain.com,Replace with the domain name but without any ‘.’ period characters,Replace with the email address you’d like to receive notifications of issues to )

    But only when the user is logged out, it leaves it alone when they are logged in. Why is it doing this ???????????

    So I search and see that the problem might be solvable by turning off “Encode contact data”. This is happening on a multisite, with “Mutual Account, Mutual Access Key” set. On the main plugging setting page “Encode contact data” is set to off. But on the network site I’m seeing the issue on when I go to cleantalk setting its turned on and its impossible to turn it off. Why? It should match the main settings surely?

    Please help, clean talk is inserting itself in our shortcode and destroying it!

    I have already followed the advice found of select completely deleting plugin setting, deleting the plugin, reinstalling it. Settings issue remains the same

    In the ticket, we found out that it was necessary to use the “Use settings template” option in the plugin to apply the settings to sub-sites.
