Hello, I had the same issue with Visual Composer.
I think it is a problem from the last version of Ultimate FAQ.
With a downgrade in V 2.0.26, I had my FAQ’s back !
Shortcode [ultimate-faqs] don’t show the faqs….

@marisienne Hello! Where have u found v2.0.26 ? In the ww.wp.xz.cn Archive I’ve found only the v2.0.19. I need your version to temporary solve the problem, please help.

I apologize for this issue. There was a setting in the new version that was not having its default value applied correctly, and, in certain cases, this was causing the FAQs to not display. We’ve corrected this and just pushed an update (version 2.1.1) with the fix. Please update as soon as possible and you should once again see your FAQs. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience.

[ultimate-faqs include_category=’xxxxxxx’] in Version 2.1.6 not working for me. Is there an admin panel setting I need to change?

Could you provide a URL to your page so we can take a look? There might be some information in the dev console that we could make use of.
Also, for future reference, it’s highly unlikely that your issue has anything to do with the issue presented in this thread (as it was resolved), so you should start your own support thread when you have a new different issue.
For the life of me I can’t figure out why my site stopped showing the answers to the FAQs. GAH. It’s not helpful to just list the questions. Link
