Shortcode [ultimatemember_account]

With the latest update 2.6.8 the shortcode “[ultimatemember_account]” is giving an error in Elementor editor and the page can only be seen using safe mode.

The page where the shortcode is posted is not showing properly. Very small width. No problem with other shortcodes or other pages.

Using Hello theme and tried to see if theme conflict but it’s really the latest version of the plugin the culprit.

There is another topic with the same problem but I’ve been suggested to create my own topic for whatever reason…

Do you have the “Elementor” page builder active?
If Yes deactivate Elementor.

Yes and by deactivating Elementor it revert to a normal width. So who should adjust and provide a fix? Elementor or Ultimate Member?

We have got a solution you can test:

add_filter( 'um_ultimatemember_shortcode_disable_singleton', '__return_true' );

Install this code snippet into your active theme’s functions.php file
or use the “Code Snippets” plugin.

There is a solution for this issue now.

You must replace the current file
.../plugins/ultimate-member/includes/core/class-account.php

with an updated version of the class-account.php file at GitHub.
