Please try this shortcode instead:
- [connections category=3 public_override=true]
I hope this helps, please let me know.
Thank you for the quick reply. As you can see however, the short code does not work.

Any other thoughts?

As a test, what is the result when you remove the category option?
I am not sure I understand your question. I can give you access to the back end if needed.
I understand…no change when using [connections public_override=true] if not logged in. If logged in…of course all enteries display.

What I meant is use this shortcode:
- [connections public_override=true]
And, I think I have the docs wrong, use this instead:
- [connections allow_public_override=true]
Apologies for the trouble; this is a legacy feature that I have been scrubbing (making it harder to find and enabled while not breaking it for those using it).
So, is this the complete short code I should use?
[connections category=3 allow_public_override=true]
Just tested and yes…that worked! Thank you!

Great to hear you got it working! I’ll update the settings docs right now, so I do not forget.
Steven, one more question. On the profile page, I would like to make the entry Public but make the Business Information Private the same way I can choose to make the other elements private. How can I accomplish this. THe goal is to show just the logo of the company but you need to be logged in to see all of the other info. Thank you in advance.

The closest you can get is to set all the repeatable fields (add/phone/email/etc.) to “Private”. There is no easy way to do this with the bio or other fields like org and title.
I hope this helps!
