Shortcode with Custom Function

Curious how I would use more than 1 custom barcode on a single page? I’m trying to encode different portion of a submission into the barcode. One with their information, the other with gravity form submission, ID’s etc in case we would need to verify the submission should an issue arise with the accuracy of the data.
