Shortcode within popup not working

Hi! Thanks for a super simple plugin with a really easy learning curve. I’m trying to use a shortcode from another survey plugin within the popup, but it’s not working. I tested the shortcode and it works in the body of a page, but it’s not fully loading within the popup. Can you help out?
