Let me kindly mention that we have tested the plugin with the PHP 7.0 version and it is compatible with it.
Thus, we think you have some conflict of the Slider plugin with your current theme or any other plugin added to your website.
We would be grateful if you change your theme to one of WordPress default themes for a few seconds only in order to exclude the possibility of the theme conflict or prove our suspicions.
That we will be nice, also, if you try to deactivate all your plugins and check if the issue still exists or not.
