    I have installed File-Away and I keep reading about doing everything with the shortcode manager. I can’t find where to create shortcodes for the life of me. I have looked everywhere but can’t seem to locate it. I even installed the TinyMCE shortcode manager it referred to and it doesn’t recognize file away. Can you help?

    On your post or page editor, the TinyMCE toolbar in Visual editing mode. Click on the toolbar Toggle button, File Away’s button will be on the second row.

    OR

    on your File Away Settings page, under the Options tab, change the TinyMCE Button Placement from row 2 to row 1.
