    as-Salamu ‘Alaykum,

    I am new to website editing and want to take full advantage of this plugin, which seems to have a lot more features that I thought it did.

    I want to, for example, show the Friday khutbah timing, show the ‘adhan times, and let visitors see the monthly view since I have worked so hard on the full ‘adhan and ‘iqamah timings for 2018.

    I noticed that this requires “short codes.” Where exactly do I place these commands? I tried to search online, and some websites said to put the shortcodes on certain pages, but when I did this it just showed what I wrote.

    Currently, we have a widget that shows today’s date, the five prayer names and sunrise, and the ‘iqamah time. I wanted to play around and try some other features like the ‘adhan time and khutbah times.

    Okay, I think I figured out how to use the shortcodes after a lot of trial and error. I just pasted it into a new page, and it worked! This is really, really impressive, ma sha’a allah.

    The problem, I guess, is the widget someone set up on our website a long time ago. I do not know how to edit that or even move where it displays on every single page.

    And I just figured out how to edit the widget, too, al-hamdu li allah! I had to go to the WP Dashboard –> Appearance –> Customize –> Widgets then had all the options, so I changed it to what I wanted.

    Assalamualaikum dear brother,

    Really sorry for such delayed response. Basically I was away to see my mother, who is not well. But Alhamdulillah she is still able to pray standing.

    MashaAllah, you were able to fix it for yourself.
