Shortcodes are not executed

    We are running the latest version of this plugin and WordPress. Since the Virtual Management page didn’t work on our site, we used the custom management page. After a user enter their email to subscribe to comments on the post, they are redirected to a page that includes some information and the message: “Follow this link to access your personal page: [manager_link].”

    So the page only shows the shortcode, but not an actual link. Also, every email that gets sent to customer is completely blank, even though we have set up default text in the notification section. Interestingly, we have the plugin working on another live site, and never faced this issue with the shortcodes not actually showing. Any thoughts?
