Shortcodes are not working

    May i know the reason, why shortcodes are not working in fields now. Till Yesterday it was working fine. Not it does not , please help.

    Hi. In order to get any help, you will need to provide more information.

    1. Are ALL shortcodes that UM provides not working or just certain ones?
    2. What changed that caused them to stop working? For example, did you install any new plugins?

    With an almost infinite possibility of setups, just stating the shortcodes are not working without providing additional details does not lead anyone down a path to be able to assist.

    Hi @vitthal79,

    Can you please give us more information about the shortcodes you are referring to?
    Please attach screenshots if possible.
    You can also try to do a conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts with your theme or newly installed/updated plugins.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
