I have tried to check accordingly on provided page ‘https://bbthemes.designpik.net/service/’ and found that there are some errors displayed in the console on that page.
So I have checked further and found that you are using the ‘SiteGround Optimizer’ plugin and maybe that plugin minify and compress the javascript code, due to that it breaks the execution of the script and does not display the services on the front side.
Also as you’ve mentioned booking form display correctly with admin login. So maybe caching is disabled after the user is logged in so that may have happened. You can clear the cache once and then check again and if the still issue persists, you can exclude the booking page URL from the caching to avoid caching conflicts.
