Shortcodes don’t work

Shortcodes don’t work. There’s a blank.
The plugin is activated and I’ve put the code in the “Shortcode block”!On the other hand, the script codes work fine in the “HTML block”.
How can we explain that the shortcode doesn’t work and the script code does?
How do we get the shotcode to work?Thanks,

I tested the shortcodes again and they work.
I don’t know why the same codes didn’t work before. So now it’s OK.
But I have a few comments to make on the display of the shortcodes if you’ll accept them:
- the width and vertical spaces in the tab display are different from the shortcode and HTML (script) code,
- the huge empty space below the shortcode display, unlike in HTML (script),
- the problem of setting the “Author Credit Link” On,
I’ve started a separate topic for each of these.
