Shortcodes editor in WP 5

The shortcodes editor menu is not visible in the new block editor mode of WP 5. Is there any way to find it without using the Classic Editor plugin?

At the moment I have no plans to add the shortcodes editor to Gutenberg because I’ll be introducing blocks at some point. Meanwhile you can see the full list of shortcodes and their parameters in the documentation here https://docs.wpusermanager.com/category/44-shortcodes
