shortcodes for forms

I installed the free version of WpDevart Booking Calendar in WordPress.
I deleted all other plug ins and created several calendars and forms.
Beside each calendar a shortcode was listed.
I could not see any shortcodes in my list of forms.
I went to a page hoping to insert a shortcode for one of my forms.
I could see no button I could use to help insert the shortcode.
How can I set up a form in a page?
