Shortcodes for language flags + Polly

This plugin lacks shortcodes for custom placement of language flags and amazon Polly toolbar. It would be a huge improvement to allow for placement of the flags and Polly play tool using shortcodes. Because depending on the theme being used, these elements may end up in inappropriate positions.
