Shortcodes in a dynamic popup

I’m trying to use the Shortcodes Ultimate in a dynamic popup. It’s an infowindow from the WP Go Maps plugin.

If I put in a SU Gallery shortcode… no problem. However, if I try to put in a Carousel Image Shortcode it doesn’t work. Most likely SU javascript looks for a carousel on page load and since there isn’t a carousel attempting to load until the popup link is clicked… No carousel.

Is there a way to get the SU Image Carousel to load in a dynamic popup?
