Shortcodes missing

We’ve been using this awesome plugin for a while now for our non-profit. However, when WP updated to 3.9 (tiny was updated) the shortcode button disappeared. Now our content team can’t actually use it. We hoped that your knowledge base would have all the shortcodes and useage so we could just hand code it, but alas .. not the case.

It looks like an issue where the short code functionality was changed with the update to tinyMCE.

Is there any fix?
