Shortcodes not appearing

I had a good table, copied it, but the shortcode did not follow and I am unable to save a new shortcode to use in my page.

I started from scratch, downloaded a fresh copy 1.3.3 and installed it myself, with no success regarding shortcode saving.

Please advise!
