Shortcodes not working

    Hi,

    I set a Transactional notification for Lost Password – For User. But only the Password Reset Link: [password_reset_link] is rendered. The other shortcodes [global_user_firstname] [global_user_lastname] [global_site_title] aren’t though they are listed in Lost Password – For User shortcode list. They are delivered as they are. What is wrong with it?
