Shortcodes not working

    Hello Everyone,

    Just installed Awesome Support and none of the pages are working. The shortcodes that should display the pages print on the page rather than print the actual content.

    Please assist me with this issue.

    Have you tried this with all your other plugins disabled? Maybe something is getting in the way of shortcodes in general. Or maybe you have spaces in your shortcodes? Don’t forget to try it with your theme set to 2015/16/17 as well – just in case.

    I had the plugin create the pages and the Submit Ticket page works only. The other pages are only printing the shortcodes. I have not changed my theme because I would lose a lot of work on my current theme and deactivating the plugins would also ruin my site.

    Hi:

    Can you clone your site to a testing site and use that to perform the test? The symptoms you describe are indicative of a conflict with another plugin so the only way to figure out if that’s true is to turn off the other plugins and themes to check. Or you can backup you site, run the test and then restore the site. Most hosts give you the ability to back up and restore.
