Shortcodes not working

    Hi,

    I’m trying to use this plugin with some of shortcodes (like Essential Grid or others) to any page with “frame” option on “Open in” dropdown menu. The pages opening empty on WP Admin dashboard area when I publish if the pages include any shortcode. Actually the all shortcodes are not working. Is it your issue? or I should use a different way?

    Unfortunately, that’s a known issue: some plugin shortcodes will not work when they’re used inside the admin dashboard. In this case, there might be a PHP error somewhere – try checking the PHP error log.

    Note: While you didn’t mention which version of the plugin you’re using, it sounds like this might be related the Pro version.
