Shortcodes not working

I’m trying to add the switcher via shortcode (generatepress theme elements). But nothing displays when I do this. I’ve tried the actual shortcode [woo-currency-frontend-switcher] and the php shortcode. Neither works.
Any idea how i can get this to work?
