    Hello,

I need to run the plugin with the shortcode method in some areas on my website. but even though I have tried many different combinations, the shortcodes don’t react at all and always produce similar images. only the color identification works correctly.

this is the shortcodes I added as an example:

    [super_web_share type=”inline” style=”curved”]

    [super_web_share icon=”share-icon-2″]

    [super_web_share]

    [super_web_share size=”small”]

    this is the active display:

my goal is to create a button with only the smallest size, without the word share.

    Hi @aga2442

Thanks for using Super Web Share plugin and also creating the issue.

I noticed that you have used the double quotes for the shortcode values as , however our plugin is checking for the double quote “. So can you please change it to the respective one having quotation marks ” and let us know? I also tried the shortcode below over here and confirmed that its loading correctly.

    [super_web_share type="floating" floating-position="left" color="#123524" size="small" style="curved" icon="share-icon-2"]

Looking forward to hear from you.

    hello,

After the last update, a blue line started to appear on the share button.

active use case: like the shortcodes you gave me above.

    Hi @aga2442

I tested the use case you mentioned on multiple sites with latest version and noticed that the blue line does not show when using the shortcode on all those sites. So, some CSS styles outputted by your theme or another plugin are mostly the reason for this. You can confirm this on this page (where the share button is outputted via shortcode).

So we recommend you to perform a conflict check to find out which plugin or theme is outputting this blue line or use the inspect element to find out which CSS file path is outputting this on your website. You can also try it by creating a new site with the default theme using the WordPress playground or InstaWP to confirm it.

If the issue persists even after performing a conflict check, kindly open a new topic here with the website URL to investigate further.
