Edit: Adding that I have had to create and delete 3 test pages so far, each time a PMPro shortcode is applied to a page, and that page set as such in PMPro pages settings, it errors our in elementor requiring troubleshooting. Something is incredibly broken if I am following the documentation but following causes site breaking errors.

The only shortcode I can get to render or display properly are [pmpro_member_profile_edit] and [pmpro_account], any others just show the shortcode in its raw form as pictured below.

For example, I want my users to have a billing page to see their orders and manage their billing.
I have a new page setup with the shortcode [pmpro_billing] set and the appropriate page set in the pages settings. When I go to test the billing page, it forwards to the page I have setup as the account details page using the [pmpro_account] shortcode, which shows billing but when I click the ‘view all orders’ button, it tries to forward to the billing page I have set, and then loops back to the page where the account details is set.

So not only will the shortcodes not render, but the options to view more wont follow the page rules I set in settings.

I have used PMPro for years and have never had this issue with shortcodes. I have read other help topics regarding this and made sure i am running the shortcodes independently and not with other codes, with no positive results.

Figured id ask here before I hire a developer to fix the issue. Cache has been cleared, plugins are all up to date, etc.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.

I have added the [pmpro_billing] shortcode to an Elementor page and it runs as expected for me. The billing shortcode automatically redirects to the Membership Account page if you don’t have any active billing information that can be updated.

If you have any steps on how I can replicate this behavior please let me know so that we can look further into this.

    Kind Regards,
    Jarryd
