Shortcodes not working

Okay, so I built this site in a subdirectory and when I moved it to the root directory to make it live, shortcodes would no longer work.

Has anyone had this issue. I double checked that all the file were transferred correctly and I’ve confirmed that it’s not the result of any plugins. Does anyone have any ideas? I’m using the shortcodes for contact form 7 forms.
