Shortcodes not working/displaying

Hi @disespubli,
The shortcodes are not working for me. None of them will be displayed on the frontend. Im working with the WSHK 1.7, in the setting section “CUSTOMIZE THE SHORTCODES” is everything enables for testing purposes…
Can you tell me please, if there is a checkbox to enable the shortcodes or something? Im feeling really stupid right now, because it seems that no one other had this problem…

Can you tell me the name of the shortcodes that are you testing?

Write the name of the functions or the shortcodes and i will help you with each one 🙂

I think, I get it…
Do I have to add the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcut inside my custom account page?

Hi again!

For these shortcodes you need mark how myaccount page in WooCommerce > settings > advanced > my account page… the page where you paste the shortcodes.

This shortcodes always work only in the my account page.

I hope that it can help you, if you follow with the problem, let me know and i will help you.

PD: You dont need add the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode.

I would try it, but now I get this /edit: in my backend, frontend works:

Can i have access to the backend to check what happend?

Is very strange because actually im using it on many sites and never get this error.

Let me check or try to disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and Woo Shortcodes kit to see if can be a plugin conflict.

Hi @disespubli,

I figured it out. I used the “Elementor”-Plugin. The shortcodes breaks the frontendeditor after serveral minutes – dont know why.
Now I use the WYSIWYG editor, some html and the “Tabs Resonsive”-Plugin and it runs like it should.

Hi again bobking2322!

Is really strange, normally i use it with Visual composer and the WordPress HTML editor and never happend something like that.

But for other hand is nice to see that the plugin is working correctly now. In some days i will launch the new website, with new videoguides to see how work each function and what can do each shortcode all step by step and in English.

I hope that this new videos can help you to do much more with Woo Shortcodes kit!

For other hand the website is comming with 2 news freemium addons, one free (Easy my account builder for WSHK) that you can get with your Youtube subscripcion and another free (Custom blocks and redirections for WSHK) subscribing to the new service of installation & configuration.

The first let you build a custom account page easilly with 8 pre-maded and responsive tabs, that you will need only add: the tabs titles, tabs icons, and the content in each tab. Can be shortcodes or all of you want because let use HTML.

This plugin have too a system to keep the last active tab for keep the tab when the user make click in some WooCommerce “advanced button” like than the “View order” button that appear in the Order list, the address form that appear when you make click in “Edit” or the payments method form.

It have too 4 differents positions for the tabs so you will can display the tabs on the top, botton, left or right. (More templates comming soon)

If you like it…the addon Custom blocks & redirections for WSHK, is a ultimate method to make your custom account page.

It provide you a system to restrict content to the logged in users and non logged in users with just add a ID in you Row, box, div or something like that.

So you can use any builder and with only add a ID in your row for example it will be restricted. IS fully compatible with all the builders and HTML.

The plugin have prepared a redirections system for the WooCommerce “advanced buttons” that we saw in the other addon: view order, edit address and the payment method. So you can make your custom tabs for example and link with the plugin to keep the user in the same tab when a WooCommerce “advanced button” is clicked.
