Hi,
I’m currently using Shortcodes Ultimate version 3.7.0 and, while it’s an excellent plugin, it appears to be creating some weird issues if you use HTML comments (e.g.
<!-- some comment here -->).Doing some research and testing I came across this forum post: http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/visual-editor-now-strips-html-comments-new-in-32?replies=16#post-2402050 – sure enough, it seems that this is true.
If I disable Shortcodes Ultimate, HTML comments work fine. With the plugin enabled, the plugin seems to be converting the two dashes followed by the right chevron (
-->) into the HTML entity of –>.Is there a fix for this? It would be great if there is – Shortcodes Ultimate is excellent and make light work of a lot of jQuery functionality. It would be a shame if I had to find another plugin to do this…
