    Hi!

So can you let me know which shortcode you are trying to use and give me an example of what you’ve tried already?

    Thanks!

Hello I use this [event_rocket_list category=”omt-k-e”] in which “pmt-k-e” is the slug (I also tried with category) of the events I want to display

and this is what I get http://formazionesalute.eu/s-2/

here is my event list (date and time not showing and don’t know why). http://formazionesalute.eu/event/omt-kaltenborn-evjenth/

Are The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO currently active? Do you have All in One Events Calendar active at the same time?

Could be a recipe for problems if so.

What’s the main event page URL, in relation to The Events Calendar?

    Thread Starter fisiosimo

    (@fisiosimo)

Hello, yes they both are active
the main page url is http://formazionesalute.eu/events

It’s strange but I have both activated, but when I go to Cyberduck I don’t see the folder for Event Calendar. I only have Event Calendar Pro folder. Is that normal ?

    (@fisiosimo)

Ah no sorry I’ve found it

The problem has not been solved, I followed your instructions but it’s not working at all.

How strange. I wondered if perhaps it was because the category slug contains hyphens but on testing the same thing locally it works as expected.

Can you test things out on a clean test install with just The Events Calendar, Event Rocket and a default theme – does it work then?

I appreciate you may not have time to do this, but if you do and want to give it a try it might reveal if there’s a basic bug in Event Rocket or if there might be a complicating factor in your live environment.

    In a few word,
yes in that fresher install the event date and time appears in the event list
    but:
    – map is still not responsive
-searching for events by date, the date introduced in the related field disappear
there are other minor problems that you can observe visiting the website

    Thread Starter fisiosimo

    (@fisiosimo)

    both #tribe-events .published.time-details span { display: inline-block; }
and the other code that I tried to use laster gave the same result.

I’m sorry but I’m not making the connection – is it possible you are mixing up the issue you initially reported in this thread with the problems you’ve separately described over on the Modern Tribe forums (which are not connected to Event Rocket)?

Hello yes sorry, i resume for you the problem with shortcuts:

I use this shortcut [event_rocket_list category=”omt-k-e”] in which “omt-k-e” is the slug (I also tried with category) of the events I want to display.
    I get this: http://formazionesalute.eu/s-2/

The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO are currently active.

I tested the shortcut in a fresh install with just The Events Calendar, Event Rocket and a default theme and I get this: http://physiocourses.eu/?p=480

So in both install shortcuts are not working.
