ShortPixel cannot optimise pictures

    Hi there,

    When using shortpixel to optimise pictures, it keeps showing the following sentence: You can only optimise images from a domain with a single user. Request rejected.

    What does it mean? And how can I solve this problem?

    This message usually appears when our anti-abuse system automatically flags a domain because multiple accounts have been created to optimize the images from the same site.

    Please contact us directly here http://shortpixel.com/contact so we can investigate this.
