Shotcode doesn´t appear

    The list that appears when you edit a page, in the Shortcode Generator section (Select Shortcode)

    I cannot install this theme for testing because it is not available for free.
    What I can say is that the shortcode is included correctly in the admin pages. I have checked this with Ultimate TinyMCE, there the shortcode is listed correctly.
    Sorry, but I don’t know how your theme searches for the available shortcodes, and so I cannot help you here.
