shotcode not generating form on front page

What theme do you use? The form shortcode may be empty if the theme retrieves the page content multiple times while the page is loading.

Try to disable a singleton protection to allow using a form shortcode multiple times. Add this code snippet to the functions.php file in the active theme directory.

add_filter( 'um_ultimatemember_shortcode_disable_singleton', '__return_true' );

Plugin displays the message “You are already registered.” instead of the registration form for logged in users. Logged out users will see a form.
