Finally got Icegram Express working with Microsoft 365 and I’m pleased with the improvement over WP email. Can’t believe I waited this long! My only problem now is this: the “Dashboard” tab is blank! This is not new, i.e., not coincidental to the M365 changes. It has always been blank but since it worked so poorly, I never paid attention. Reports, logs, campaigns, audience, all that stuff works as expected, but the dashboard just has this at the bottom of an otherwise blank page:

Thank you for creating with WordPress | Icegram Express 5.9.4. Developed by team Icegram

    Version 6.8.3

    So…any thoughts?

    Hi @mrpchead ,

Thank you for the update! I’m glad to hear Icegram Express is now working smoothly with Microsoft 365.

Regarding the blank Dashboard: this issue sometimes happens due to a conflict with certain themes or plugins that prevent the dashboard widgets from loading properly. Since your reports, logs, campaigns, and audience sections are working, it seems like a display issue rather than a functionality problem.

Here are a few steps to try:

    1. Clear your browser cache or try accessing the dashboard in an incognito/private window.
    2. Disable other plugins temporarily using the Health Check plugin: The Health Check plugin allows you to disable all plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme only for your logged-in user while troubleshooting. It does not affect other users or site visitors.

After enabling Troubleshooting Mode, activate only the Icegram Express plugin and check if the dashboard loads. If it works, you can activate plugins one by one or switch back to your theme to identify which one is causing the issue.

If the issue persists with only Icegram Express active, please let us know so we can debug it further.

Please try these steps and let us know what you find. We’ll help get the dashboard fully visible.

Thanks Shubhanshu. It appears that the Monster Insights plugin is the culprit. Given how popular it is, I’m surprised no one else has reported this incompatibility. Do you think this is something you folks can resolve, or at least replicate/confirm?

    Hi @mrpchead ,

Thanks for confirming that. You’re right..MonsterInsights is quite popular, and we did find a compatibility issue with it. The good news is our team is already working on a fix, and it should be part of the upcoming release (most likely before Wednesday next week).

For now, as a quick workaround, you can temporarily disable MonsterInsights for a few minutes while working with Icegram Express. That should help until the update is out.

We’ll keep you posted once the fix goes live. Appreciate your patience!

    Hi @mrpchead,

We’ve added a fix for the issue you reported. Could you please update the plugin to the latest version and check if everything is working as expected?

Kindly confirm once you’ve tested it.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
