Should I backup .mo files?

    Hello

    I’ve been using loco for a long time, and I always have made a backup of my plugins/theme translations .po file, because when I need to restore, I only use that file. But I see that there’s an option to download the .mo file, but I do not know its finality.

    Should I also backup .mo files?

    This is really up to you, but if you want my opinion the only sensible backup is a full backup.

    They can be recompiled anytime from the PO, but why give yourself that trouble when you could just restore them.
