I noticed that Google is indexing http://mydomain.com/xmlrpc.php?rsd. Is there any problem in disallowing /xmlrpc.php in my robots.txt file?

Disallow: /xmlrpc.php

That shouldn’t do anything to hurt the functionality of your site, and at the very least, it’s necessary to get Google to remove it.

Thanks James. Are you saying I should have google remove it from Google’s index?

If you place that in robots.txt, Google will remove it automatically (in a week or two). 🙂
