Show Active Service for Users

Hi dear users.
what i want to do is this scenarios:

Users login into my site and them redirected to a page what shows her active services ( like domain registration and expire date, host and its expire date, other services like SEO packages that user is using)
Something like this:

Dear User, your are using folowing services:
Domain: http://www.something.com Expire Date: 1/1/2015
Host: linux 100 MB Expire Date: 1/1/2015
SEO Package: Plan 3 Expire Date: 1/1/2015

and if possible service expire automatically in expire date.

is there any free plugin that can do that? or i must create something new?
