Show Admin Replies

    How can we show replies from the shop manager or administrator.

    WooCommerce does this by default but now I have the plugin place, the admin replies are not visible.

    Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Hi isoosi,

    To leave a reply on a review, you’ll need to do the following:

    1) Turn on comments in URP by going to “Options”->”Basic” and enabling “Allow Review Comments”.

    2) Adjust any other settings you need in “Settings” (in the WordPress left side menu) -> “Discussion”, such as checking the “Users must be registered and logged in to comment” option.

    3) If the option to comment still doesn’t appear on your reviews, we would suggest editing a review and checking if “Allow Comments” is enabled under “Discussion”
