show description when category has 0 posts

Hi,

i have sucessfully managed to display description on the category page ONLY when there is a post in that certain category. It doesnt show other wise.
How do i display the description even if the category doest have a post present?

I just get

when the category is empty but with a description.
Seems like some small editing will be required which i will be able to do. but dont know what 🙂
