Show every second post

Hi,

I was just wondering if it’s possible to only show every second post? For example, I’ve got a loop, but I need it to show my posts in columns, so I’m putting it in a column plugin, but I’d like to show only odd numbered posts in one and even numbers in the other column. Or, do you have a better solution you could suggest?
