show for non admin user

Thanks for your post and sorry for the trouble!

The TablePress admin screens are normally shown to “Authors”, “Editors”, and “Administrators”.

If you are only seeing it for “Administrators”, I assume that you are maybe using custom roles?

In that case, I recommend using a plugin like Members or User Role Editor and to then assign the TablePress access capabilities to your custom roles. For a list of these capabilities, please see https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/tablepress-admin-capabilites-problems/#post-3524864

For even more fine-grained control, including assigning access rights to individual tables, you could use the Advanced Access Rights feature module that is part of the TablePress Max license plan.
