Show Full Date on post !

I have am just looking at Mystique 2.4.2 by digitalnature. I really do like this theme, but I have noticed the date always shows as month and day only year will not show ( example ) JAN 3RD ! I have tried altering it in WordPress Settings Geneneral, Time Format. But it will still not show up the year, the year shows up in other themes, but will not show up in Mystique. It looks like I will have to do it in the theme code. But I have no idea what page or what section, or even what to change the code to.
