This is 2 different examples.
https://woocommerce-products-filter.berocket.com/woocommerce-products-filter-demo-2/ – this is custom sidebar. You need to turn if on on the plugin settings page tab Addons. When activated you will have additional sidebar on the Widgets page. You can add there filters and button will be added above filters.
https://woocommerce-products-filter.berocket.com/product-category/all-products/ – this is group of filters. Create group, add there filters, in the group set to show it above products, in-line, collapsed.
