Didn’t use
or anything else that would break the front-end display. Limited the description to 5 sentences.

In the settings: Display a “read-more” link on the website if the description exceeds X characters.
I set the characters to 20, 25, 50, 100 but the front-end always displays the NAME and SHOW MORE despite the changes.

    Deeply appreciate your time.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

hey @kenfox101 I will try and check that out on my laptop. I am on mobile now.

To summarize: you want a little text and then to show the Show More link right? You have tried to set this in the NameDirectory setting but this isn’t respected.

a first check question is: do you use a caching plugin? Sometimes when using a cache plugin, you need to reset it before changes become visible.

Will get back to you later, Jeroen
