Show One Plugin Only

I am looking to purchase this plugin, but need it for one simple task. When a Editor logs in, I would like them to ONLY have access to one plugin and that is all. It is a plugin that allows for reports and data export from Contact Forms 7. So when these users go in, I’d like them to only have access to be able to do this output. Is this possible with this plugin? Thanks in advance!
