Show only articles’ author

Hello everybody :),

I ‘m wondering if WP2.2 has got a filter (as “archives” mode do) to show only articles wich have been posted by an author ? I haven’t found any information about this in the Codex, but perhaps it exists ?
How could I do that please 😕
