Yes, you can use the attribute post_status in the shortcode setting it to the future
[wcp-carousel id="767" post_status="future"]

Regards
Unfortunately, this did not work because the posts are already published. They are just events occurring in the future. For now, I am using the “publish” attribute instead, but I hope I can do both eventually.
Can’t seem to get anything to work. Every entry I try breaks the carousel. I’m not super experienced with meta keys, so I’m hoping you can offer some insight. Last I tried was meta_key=“_event_start_date” just to see if it’d still show anything, but it didn’t.
Any luck with this and/or is this a question more for the event manager plugin support? Even so, I feel like there’s just something small I’m missing since any changes break the carousel.
