Is there a way to show a list of the pages with content underneath?

Try [pagelist_ext] shortcode, it will show excerpt of the page

Thanks but I need to show the whole content as I won’t be showing it on its individual pages. I’m basically trying to make a one page site. Any ideas?

You should insert it into page content where you want to show list of pages.
