Show permanent steam link in profiles?

    Hey. Is there a way to output permanent steam links in buddypress profiles?
    It can output a permanent ID in “provider user identifier” field which can be linked to any custom buddypress field, but how do I convert it to something like this: steamcommunity.com/profiles/<provider_id> ?

    “website” field only shows custom links but you can change them on steam and they wont change on site automatically, thats why I need permanent ones.
