show post info in customize is not functioning

At post & page settings, the first options “show post info” is not function after saved. At the preview, it will not show the info when I off it. But after saved and when I view the site, the info is still there although I had off it. I had already deactivate the wp cache plugins but the problem still occur.

Just for your information, even after I log out and log in wordpress again. The “show post info” is remain turned off but the info still show on my page.
