It looks like you are asking a generic question about how to display the recaptcha form anywhere you wish.
This is out of scope of this forum because it’s not really quite as simple as saying running a particular function.
For your case I would point you to the google user docs for the recaptcha v2 feature or alternatively you could search the wordpress plugins community to see if there is a generic plugin which can give you the outcome you need.
